We work with you to design an update for your home, as the 1st step in a home renovation project. We'll provide beautifully detailed renders of the transformed space, along with a 3D floor plan and schematic details on materials and fixtures that you can pass along to a contractor, or handle as a DIY project. We can design any interior or exterior renovation of a house or apartment: Kitchens, bathrooms, exteriors, yards and patios, roof decks, bedrooms, living rooms, laundry rooms and more. View our work for examples.
Typically we'll provide 2 renders of a renovated space, to covers all angles visually. If an additional render is needed to fully capture a room, we're happy to provide.
Given that we're not at your home, we can't provide exact measurements. However, through our visualization process, the designs, 3D floor plan and schematic details will be nearly exact and give enough information for a contractor or experienced individual to implement.
Our standard package, which includes a renovation design for any interior or exterior space, is $599.
Yes - we'll work with you until you're 100% satisfied.
Once all details are provided, we look to deliver initial designs within 5 business days or less. From there we'll work with you to quickly address notes and finalize.
To start a project, you'll need to provide us photos of the current space (you don't need to clear it out) and details about what you're looking to do and style preferences. We'll walk you through this process once a project has started.
As part of the process, we'll ask you about your budget and will suggest materials and updates that will generally align. You'll need to solicit bids from contractors to set the full renovation budget.
Yes - we can remove walls or design any structural changes. Keep in mind you'll need to work with a professional to verify all details and feasibility.
